The nose gives it away that this is Pinot Gris has it exudes varietal aromas of Nashi pear and hints of spice. The palate shows good texture with a clean citrus flavour and a nice grip on the finely balanced finish. Pair with a roast pork belly with cauliflower puree.
Premium quality Pinot Gris from a single vineyard in Coldstream, 20% of which was wild fermented in old oak, another 20% was cold fermented in tank. It was stirred on its lees monthly prior to bottling to ensure texture.
