Founder and Managing Director
After 16 years in the wine retail sector, David founded the successful Frenchies Brasserie restaurants in Sydneys Northern Beaches & Noosa QLD. His next logical step was to create Brasserie Wines to provide his valued guests and new customers with specially sourced & curated wines to enjoy at home.
Wine & Spirits Buyer and Website Manager
Wendy has worked in the hospitality & wine industries for most of her adult life, including a decade under the mentorship of David Singer. She has broad experience in all areas including sales, importation, training & buying. There is nothing she loves more than discovering outstanding new wines & is excited to be a part of the Brasserie Wines journey with old friends Dave & Marc - the Dream Team!
Head of Wine Sales
An industry veteran for 15 years, including 8 years alongside David Singer running the sales team at United Cellars. Marc then moved to Huntington Estate in Mudgee as Head of Sales & Marketing where he stayed for 3 successful years. Brasserie Wines sees Marc teaming up again with his old partners in crime David Singer & Wendy McGinnes. The band is back together!
With two Rock albums under his belt Rowly is a muso by night & a wine advisor by day. He has extensive experience & wine knowledge working specifically in the wine sector for over 6 years. He is particularly good at knowing exactly what wines you will love after a little chat! He provides fantastic customer service & is the perfect addition to the Brasserie Wines Dream Team.
Scott is a W.S.E.T accredited vino aficinado. He revels in the enjoyment of good friends, great wine, and matching whatever’s on the menu. He believes that wine, while it can be many things, excels above all as the gift of good taste.
David's career has encompassed Sales in the tourism and hospitality industries. He has a great passion for wine & over the past decade he has been actively involved in tasting & selling a wide variety of Australian and European wines to delighted customers.
Jacques Le Sueur
After 15 years as a chef in some of Sydney’s most exclusive & top tier restaurants, Jacques developed a passion for food & wine matching. This combined with a keen interest in delivering optimal customer service, Jacques will help you take any occasion to the next level. Good food, wine & company are the cornerstones of a happy life.
With over 15 years in the wine industry, from management to training and sales, Tom is a jack of all trades. Tom has recently completed a Master of Public Health and works as a researcher in his spare time, just like a normal person! Tom loves nothing more than sitting down to a steak frites with a good Cotes du Rhone.
Alan has a lengthy hospitality background and a strong passion for creating the best customer experiences. He is excited to be a part of the Brasserie Wines family, and is committed to finding you the best wines for your taste & budget.
