Juicy and concentrated with generous blue fruits adding to crunchy red foundations with subtle reductive edges. Rich tannins support full flavours and ripe acidity.
Fruit from vineyards in the Coal River, Derwent and Tamar Valley’s, the North West and the D’Entrecasteaux Channel. Predominantly whole berry, 8% whole bunch, natural yeast, held on skins for 16-21 days. Pressed directly to and matured in oak (6% new). Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
